Cancellation Policy
1. All consultation appointments must be confirmed to be valid. You will receive a confirmation request upon booking. 2. If you do not respond to your confirmation call the day before your scheduled appointment, the appointment will be automatically cancelled. 3. Please arrive on time. Appointments will be cancelled if you are not present within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time. 4. We appreciate your understanding - these policies ensure we can provide every client with the attention and professionalism they deserve.
